My Favorite Japan-Related Items on Amazon! These are all items I have personally bought in the past or currently own.

Japanese-Learning Products:

Hiragana Bath Poster. We have this exact poster. Just wet it with water and stick it on your shower wall so your kids can review hiragana while they bathe!

Japanese Celebrations: Cherry Blossoms, Lanterns, and Stars! by Tuttle Publishing. This book (written in English) gives an excellent overview of all the major Japanese holidays.

Japanese Food

S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix, Medium Hot. This magical box of curry blocks are my go-to for busy weeks (pretty much every week). Just chop up and cook veggies and meat (I like using ground beef), add water and boil, add the curry, then– voila! Easy, delicious, Japanese curry to serve over rice. Good over noodles, too!

Zojirushi Rice Cooker. This is the rice cooker that I use nearly every day. I can’t live without it!

There is too much Japanese Food to list on this page. Go HERE to see more food!!

School Supplies:

Japanese pencils, erasers, and pretty much all office products is SO GOOD!!! Start using these pencils and erasers and your life will be changed for the better 🙂

Japanese sunscreen will also change your life. Well, at least for me. The thick, white, gloopy kinds that I used to use stung my eyes and were hard to apply. All the sunscreen I have bought from Japan melts effortlessly into my skin and doesn’t irritate my eyes.

I think your website is great info. for everyone, but do you ever teach the kids or teens real Japanese?

I do not teach Japanese professionally, if that is what you are asking.
